Tithing

A Tithe is 1 in 10 of everything that you produce, origonally from the land.  This was offered to the Lord.

In medievil times the Tithe went to the over Lord and was the fuel of the Feudal system.  

It is not generally used in modern times, as in the UK the Welfare state is payed for out of taxes - over the 10%!

However! 

You may wish to consider a regular donation as your own Tithe. If you would like to Tithe an amount of money please contact the treasurer:
